No, I haven't got a clue, what to call this amazing feeling...
love is such a misused, abused and misunderstood word.
So, how would you describe stayin' up 'til all hours, night after night...
trying to write what can't be transcribed by mere poetry, artistry, music, or verse...
and then you start saying the silliest things,
you reveal yourself... all your hopes fears and dreams,
because maybe, just maybe, this one will "get it" and want,
I mean really want, to be there and go there, to play, laugh and grow there,
to spend your whole lives there, where now lasts forever
and each moment's blessed with bliss as the ultimate truth...
and did I mention, that they'd want, I mean really want, to share all this with you?
In Lak'ech, In Lak'ech means I am another you (sing twice)
and where do we go... to see that it's so?
Just look in my eyes... How can you not know?
well, I haven't got a clue...
There must be something about the risks we're willing to take
that makes life feel real and exciting and worth the price of the ride.
Actions, our actions, have a way of speaking for themselves... even when
our feelings and truths get all tongue tied and bottled up deep inside.
So I might start saying the silliest things,
revealing myself... all my hopes fears and dreams,
because maybe, just maybe, you'll actually "get it" and want,
I mean really want, to be there and go there, to play, laugh and grow there,
to live our whole lives there, where now lasts forever
and each moment's blessed with bliss as the ultimate truth...
and did I mention, that I want, I mean I really want, to share all this with you?
